Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return. It’s important to note that returns are not accepted for products that have incurred damage or misuse during the rental period.

To facilitate your return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct an inspection and promptly notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The timing of the credit depends on your payment method’s policies.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from the total.
